No, our Cheddar is naturally Gluten free.
Is cheese good for me and my family?

Yes, CHEER™ Cheese is a good source of essential nutrients found in milk such as calcium. This is because it takes approximately 10 litres of milk to make 1 kilogram of cheese.
How should I store CHEER™ cheese?

Store it in your fridge at or below 5 degrees. Keep it in its original container, making sure it is airtight. Or double wrap it in grease proof, wax paper or cling wrap.
Can I freeze cheese?

Yes, cheddar can be frozen but can affect the texture. Please always revert to the Best Before and avoid re freezing. We offer a variety of sizes for your convenience, so best to purchase the suitable portion size.
How long does CHEER™ cheese last in the fridge?

CHEER™ cheese will last right up to the best before printed date if stored correctly. Once opened, cheddar is best consumed within 14 days.
